Hi, seeing that this video was made 10 years ago I understand my question may go unanswered. I have an Acorn 120 that the "Din" connector on the chair was pulled off the 3 conductor wire. The drawing I have does not show the pin out so I am hoping this gets seen by someone in the know. The only drawing I have found simply shows the "UL Socket & Seat Lead 43365-518" which I have not found a wiring break down to re-solder the conductors back on the three pins within the female, cannon style / Din connector. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, David.

Thanks for a wonderful, peaceful inspirational film. I recommend listening to the soundtrack through noise-cancelling headphones, the sound of the water and the birds, the waves; all very moving. I am lucky only to live an hour from here, but I have never fished here. Our own waters (two natural lakes of 30 acres with browns) plus Clywedog are also close by so spoilt for choice. A film like this, watched in the grey cold of November, makes you feel very blessed and privileged to be a fly fisherman. Thank-you again, I must come and give Brenig a try next year.

why keep going even after admitting that the noise etc would draw attention so the rest after it would be pointless of testing in theory or am i not understanding something with regards to the testing process?

I live at the upper reaches of the Nith and Afton. In the sixties and early seventies the rivers and tributaries had fish spawning in them. We used to go and walk miles into the hills to watch them. I go now and see very few fish, where before there were redds everywhere. Is it a coincidence that not only the fish farms appeared but we joined the Common Market. I think those super trawlers hoover up the feeding source of the salmon and seatrout for feed stock and fertiliser.

I have just come back from my second visit to "the Brenig". Your drive around tour is absolutely invaluable, thanks very much. To update a little... the entrance on the Nantglyn side nearest the dam wall was locked. The top end of the reservoir is now a no fishing zone for both bank and boat anglers. There is a yellow bouy to mark the zone. Also the nesting site of the ospreys is a no go area. It was guarded by two security guards. When bank fishing, I would advice to check your leader. The rocks are like razors.
